Picture Muncher is a download manager that allows you to download a great number of pictures from any web site. The program allows you to munch a single pages or whole web sites. If you don’t know where to find the appropriate pictures, you can search them by key words. Moreover, it can munch several web sites at once. The munched pictures can be seen in a preview window as a slideshow in the interval you define. Also Picture Muncher allows you to organize your favorite pages, sites and galleries in a folders system similar to Windows Explorer. The downloaded pictures can be organized also by a web site address in order you can see where they have been downloaded from. Besides, you can watch the downloading progress in the “Queue” option, where each page and picture changes color as it is munched. Picture Muncher also allows to search pictures on the password-protected web sites. The “List Maker” option allows to find pictures with the similar names. In addition, you can come back and see the pictures you have already downloaded using the “Downloaded” option. The trial version of the program has no limitations, but the munched pictures contain watermarks. |
